Wuquan Elementary School is located in Wuquan Lane, Dayuan District, Taoyuan City. It used to be called "Wu Kuai Chuo". It is said that it got its name from the ancestors who built five houses here. Wuquan Elementary School was founded in the 40th year of the Republic of China. In the 44th year of the Republic of China, it was officially approved to be an independent school. In the 57th year of the Republic of China, it was renamed Wuquan Elementary School. To become a high-quality and exquisite learning place that "cultivates the five powers, energetic youth, good character, joy in learning and broad horizons".

Office Of Academic Affairs:Taoyuan City Wu Cyuan Elementary School

  • Generally manage the business of the Academic Affairs Office.
  • Develop academic work plans, calendars and regulations.
  • Assign teacher positions and formulate teacher vacancy filling plans.
  • Plan and supervise teaching environment layout matters.
  • Inspect and supervise the teaching of each class and classroom observation items.
  • Compile and implement the academic budget.
  • Other temporarily assigned matters. (Biography, aesthetic education, invention exhibition, science exhibition, water rocket competition, etc.)

  • Formulation of various teaching regulations.
  • Arrange teachers' class schedules and work and rest schedules, and arrange class adjustments, substitute classes, and make-up classes.
  • Handle teacher research, further training, the convening and implementation of academic conferences and field conferences.
  • Study activities and hourly fees, such as the preparation of books and reports.
  • Handle regular and unscheduled examinations and assessments, homework review and other matters.
  • Mandarin language competitions, scientific competitions such as science and technology exhibitions and invention exhibitions, static exhibitions of teachers and students’ teaching achievements, and school team training matters.
  • Promote school information education, digital learning projects, assist in integrating information into teaching, and web page update and management (such as school web page maintenance, network management, etc.).
  • Other temporarily assigned matters.

  • Plan the purchase of teaching materials and equipment.  
  • Teaching aids management.  
  • Plan specialist classroom equipment.
  • Read newspapers about education-related business.
  • Morning reading related business
  • Book procurement and library education promotion.
  • Organize after-school care class activities for students.
  • Bilingual, bilingual in some fields and foreign teacher management related businesses.
  • Other related teaching equipment and assigned tasks.

  • Handle student status management and custody matters such as student admission, registration, class placement and student number arrangement.
  • Handle student transfer, leave, reinstatement, graduation and other matters, and create student change information.
  • Handle student status surveys and statistics and various student registration reports.
  • Handle performance tests and statistical analysis of data.
  • Issuance of various supporting documents.
  • Handle application matters for various scholarships and bursaries.
  • Implement the checking and reporting of the number of classes and the reporting and approval of increasing or decreasing the number of classes.
  • Survey statistics on children of under-school age and students who have dropped out of school.
  • Handle survey and statistical matters of graduate information.
  • Handle textbook ion, changes, purchase, distribution and free textbook survey.
  • Other related registration and assignment matters.
